Digit Cure is a full-service digital marketing agency in Goa, specializing in social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, SEO, performance marketing, and website development. We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead client strategies and manage a growing team.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead social media strategy, oversee content, manage a team of executives, and act as the main client contact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, paid ads, SEO) to ensure impactful campaigns that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client objectives. Oversee content creation (posts, reels, stories) ensuring brand alignment. Lead and mentor social media executives. Manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Track KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and prepare performance reports. Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation. Collaborate with SEO, Paid Ads, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or related field. 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Proven ability to manage teams and multiple client accounts. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms.
