We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Manager
to manage client accounts, oversee financial transactions, and support business operations within our trading company. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in trading operations, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to trading operations
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses
Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and supplier/customer accounts
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure accurate documentation
Monitor credit limits, outstanding balances, and payment terms
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
