Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their digital requirements across websites, social media, printables, and other digital collateral.
Translate client briefs into clear action plans for design, content, development, and marketing teams.
Manage expectations, gather feedback, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Operations & Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and oversee end-to-end execution of digital projects including website design & development, digital brochures, social media creatives, emailers, banners, etc.
Coordinate with design, development, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and manage revision cycles effectively.
Quality Control:
Review deliverables to ensure brand consistency, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
Ensure all assets are optimized for their respective digital platforms (web, mobile, print, etc.).
Reporting & Process Management:
Track project milestones and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of project progress, client approvals, feedback, and communications.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal workflows for better efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital account management, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setup.
Experience managing website projects, printables, and other digital assets.
Working knowledge of digital platforms, CMS, and creative workflows.
Basic Understanding of Designing Softwares to guide the team.
