About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, oversee financial coordination, and support smooth business operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in client management, accounts coordination, or business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day account operations and client servicing.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, production, CRM).
Prepare account reports, invoices, and follow-up documentation.
Track order updates, payments, and account status.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate account records and data.
Work closely with management to improve customer satisfaction and account performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree in Commerce, Business, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience as an account manager, account executive, or customer-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset and professionalism.
Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
