Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible to develop & grow assigned account package to exceed sales target
  • Establish account plan & strategy (including eco-system) for each account to drive conversion or account share growth
  • Continuously maintain active funnel health in DCRM.
  • Weekly / Monthly plans to execute short-term/mid-term/long-term objectives established in the plan
  • Establish & Maintain relationship at all level at assigned accounts.
  • Adherence to GDSP scorecard/matrix
  • Leverage internal and channel resources as appropriate to maximize account share and account conversion.
  • Help build Distributor Sales Account Manager\xe2\x80\x99s expertise / competency by regularly doing joint customer visits to preselected accounts.
  • Own Win Strategy Call/process for major opportunities
  • Value selling [CE, IA, IMC, Services & solutions]
KPIs

Monthly:

\xc2\xa7Monthly O&S against AOP

\xc2\xa7Percentage of business diversification (no. of Z2/Z3 conversion)

\xc2\xa7Percentage of growth in assigned initiatives & FBU\xe2\x80\x99s

\xc2\xa7GDSP scorecard adherence (funnel, opportunity management and forecast accuracy)

Quarterly:

\xc2\xa7Strategic [Initiatives/ specific BU] Wins

\xc2\xa7New account breakthrough / strategic conversions (Z2/Z3)

\xc2\xa7Number of WSC in the quarter

Individual Development:

\xc2\xa7IA/ Safety/ Service/ Process Black-belt

\xc2\xa7Maintain high quality Account Plans.

\xc2\xa7Develop suitable professional social networking skills.
