About The Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Account Manager (SAM) to lead the post-sales engagement for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring revenue retention, growing account value through upsells and cross-sell motions, and driving continuous product adoption.
  • As a SAM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them maximize value from our platform while supporting business expansion initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned customers, including renewals, upsell closures, and satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that outline renewal timelines, expansion roadmaps, and adoption KPIs.
  • Identify volume and add-on upsell opportunities through usage insights and product engagement analytics.
  • Generate cross-sell leads and collaborate with Account Executives for closure.
  • Ensure high product utilization by enabling customer teams, showcasing new features, and sharing best
  • Anticipate churn risks and proactively deploy retention strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to highlight value realized and future opportunities.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally, channeling insights to Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of renewal pipeline, expansion potential, and account health in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales in a SaaS or digital solutions environment.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver on revenue targets tied to renewals and upsells.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS metrics (e.g., CSAT, adoption rate)
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor-s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • In industries where customer retention and growth are critical to sustainable revenue, the SAM serves as the strategic partner clients rely on.
  • You-ll not only safeguard existing revenue, but also unlock long-term account value through a customer-first, insight-led approach.
