What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead sales activities to deliver annual revenue targets by identifying opportunities, developing account strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of new projects across assigned regions and customer segments.
  • Support existing and prospective customers by presenting, promoting and selling products/solutions using strong technical knowledge of Fluid Conveyance, hydraulic circuits and related products, offering basic application support for machines/projects under development, and ensuring high service responsiveness including handling service calls when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Supply Chain) to coordinate efforts, resolve customer issues, execute sales processes effectively, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Use expertise in Fluid Conveyance and market insights to understand customer needs, communicate relevant product features/benefits, monitor competition activities, track future customer plans, and generate timely reports that enable better decision-making and improved outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to improved operations and customer experience by adhering to defined sales processes and systems (including effective use of Salesforce/CRM), controlling expenses and receivables, maintaining strong relationships at all levels, and consistently enhancing customer engagement for long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For
  • BE Mechanical (preferred) with minimum 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in Fluid Conveyance customers and channel management
  • Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic systems, hoses, fittings, threads, tube fittings, quick release couplings and industrial hoses
  • Experience in distribution network management, territory mapping, pricing, positioning and channel development
  • Demonstrated capability in value-selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and strategic planning
  • Proficient in MS Office and accustomed to working with sales processes and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build relationships with OEMs, distributors and aftermarket customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Ready to travel extensively with a go-getter and high-ownership mindset
  • Calm, composed and able to work under pressure while handling complex situations
  • Ethical, hardworking, adaptable and customer-focused mindset
  • Preference for candidates from hydraulic or automotive industry
What You'll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You'll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they're worth asking about-we think they're pretty great.
