About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our Mid- Market clients. This role is focused on maximizing revenue through strategic account management, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and long-term client retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and decision-makers, ensuring our solutions continuously deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for mid market businesses, addressing client needs, escalations, and business priorities.
Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels. .
Build and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning our solutions as essential to their business success.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance check-ins with clients to measure ROI, strengthen partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
Lead the implementation of new clients, including system setup, training, and ongoing engagement.
Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and market needs to support continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on new client acquisition (pure hunting role).
Comfortable with flexible work timings and traveling.
Experience in selling HRTech or Complex SaaS solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Industry is agnostic- but preference will be given to people having exposure to working in cloud technology, IT/ITeS, etc.
Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
Track record of driving results under minimal supervision. Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.
