Job Description

Qualification:



B.Com/ M.Com - Preferably from a reputed university not IGNOU or any such open or Grade B University (at least 50% marks and no gap in graduation) Xth & XIIth (at least 60%) Masters or a certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Day to day accounting, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance, payables, receivables & MIS

Preparation and knowledge/expert in GST, TDS, statutory compliance, ITR, PF & ESI payments & Tally

Prepare quotation & GST sales invoices, reviewing routine payments and follow up with clients.

Finalize vendors and do negotiations towards price, release payments, scope of work and quality

Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Handling Correspondence, responding to emails and phone call for Directors

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, invoice etc.)

Produce reports & presentations as & when required.

General administration and office maintenance, petty cash/purchase, attending calls and maintain office filing and Co-ordinate and support to all internal/external dept like HR, Admin, Account, Technical, Project work etc. To assist directors, schedule meetings, take follow ups and make travel bookings.

Identify source of material/service according to the project needs through various online portals.
Understand and comply with all internal control procedures.

Responsible for maintaining all the registers as attendance, movement, visitors, call tracker etc .

Handling Monthly Stationery and Other Office Purchases. Handle Office Administration

Identifying and coordinating business generation activities, tendering work

Building business relationship with current and potential clients

Organizing daily reports sent by internal and external stakeholder

End-to-end vendor management for various types of services

Keep track record of BG, AMC agreements, renewals, etc.

Complete end-to end facility management.

Preference:



Candidate having experience in civil construction/ infra sector would be preferred

Hands on Experience in ERP Tally - Good Communication and interpersonal

Excellent excel skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
