Webocto Solution is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent client handling, relationship-building, and communication skills to drive business growth and manage accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful project execution. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Track and analyze client account performance and provide insights for improvements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide timely solutions. Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to clients and management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in client relationship management. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA graduate Experience in handling digital marketing, IT, or advertising clients. Understanding of marketing and branding strategies. Knowledge of industry-specific account management best practices.
