Location : Gokhale Business Bay, 15th Floor, Office no. 1513, Near City Pride, Kothrud, Pune.

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with proven experience in leading NBFCs such as Piramal Finance, Shriram Finance, SK Finance, or IIFL Finance. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination for NBFC activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory adherence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

NBFC Accounting Operations:

Handle complete accounting for loan disbursements, collections, interest accruals, NPA tracking, provisioning, and reconciliation in line with RBI and Ind-AS norms.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, branch-wise and product-wise MIS, variance analysis, and management reports.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations for NBFC operations.

Audit & Liaison:

Coordinate with statutory, internal, and RBI auditors; prepare schedules, confirmations, and respond to audit queries.
