Auritron is hiring an Account Manager to manage overall accounting, billing, and dispatch coordination activities. The position involves handling day-to-day accounts, Tally-based bookkeeping, billing operations, and dispatch documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory), a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage both financial and operational coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
oPrepare accurate invoices and manage billing using Tally ERP.
oHandle daily dispatch schedules and logistics coordination.
oMaintain stock movement and delivery records.
oPerform accounting entries and ensure proper general ledger maintenance.
oManage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
oPrepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow summaries.
oHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and documentation.
oEnsure timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
oCoordinate with vendors, internal teams, auditors, and banks.
oSupport management in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
oEducation: Graduate - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
oExperience: 1.5 - 2 years in accounting, billing, and dispatch coordination.
Skills:
oProficiency in Tally ERP - Mandatory
oGood knowledge of billing, GST, and basic accounts.
oStrong organizational and documentation skills.
oGood coordination, communication, and time management abilities.
oProficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
