? Cash Flow management. ? To resolve problems in Receivables from customers, Creditors - payments and debit note issues. ? Managing all bank related issues & its documentation. ? To raise funds / loans at optimum interest rates. ? Finalization of Balance Sheet & all adjustments etc. ? To ensure all Govt. dues are paid before due dates and filing of various returns. ? Supervision & Control of Accounts work. ? Scrutinizing all the expense accounts, vendor accounts & customer. accounts & monitoring of all overheads. ? Verification of monthly VAT working & yearly VAT audit. ? Documentation & verification of statutory audit. ? Supporting EDP dept for resolving finance related issues in ERP ? Verification of Employee Income Tax Working. ? Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement for Bank. ? TDS Working & Payment ? Creation of Fixed assets. ? Creation of cost centers & group cost centers for individual product. ? Releasing the PO. ? Analysis of monthly balance sheet. ? Creation of new customer code in ERP ? Posting Salary entry in ERP ? Handle full set of accounts including tax matters ? Perform financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, taxation and preparation of Audit committee papers, annual reports and business plans. ? Manage & supervise a team of accounting staff in the month end closing process and reviewing all journals, posting & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards ? Prepare sales tax returns ? Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretarial, bankers and other consultants for audit / financial and banking matters ? Maintain formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems, policies, procedures to safeguard assets and operations ? Preparation of tax schedules and corporate tax returns ? financial reports thru ERP ? PO releasing activity thru ERP ? Asset Code Creation ? Bank Reco ? Purchase Rejection Invoice thru ERPchecking ? Any other work assigned time to time ? Machinery installation formalities for EPCG certification from Cen.Ex. ? MOM points to update ? Monthly stock audit at PPC
