Job Position: Account Manager (Experience in manufacturing related compnay only)

Salary: 55K to 65K pm

Experience: Min 5 years

Location: Vasai East

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts. Manage fixed assets accounting, depreciation, capitalization, and related compliances. Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. GST & Taxation Handle end-to-end GST compliance including monthly/annual returns, reconciliations, e-invoicing, and e-way bills. Coordinate with consultants for GST assessments, departmental audits, and notices. Oversee TDS, advance tax, and other direct/indirect tax compliance. Manage factory-level accounting including raw material, WIP, finished goods, and stock audits. Control commercial aspects such as vendor payments, contracts, credit management, and working capital monitoring. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and statutory authorities. MIS & Reporting Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost sheets, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
