Job Overview

Copper Events is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should hold both Graduation and Post-Graduation in Accounting and must have strong knowledge of financial compliance, including Tally, GST, and TDS. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance. Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing. Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash. Generate financial reports, budgets, and profitability analysis. Work closely with management on event-wise costing and expense monitoring. Assist with internal and external audits and year-end financial closures. Provide problem-solving support for financial and compliance-related matters.

Key Requirements

Graduate & post-graduate degree in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in Event Management / Hospitality). Proficiency in

Tally Prime

and other accounting tools. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and financial compliance

. Good understanding of accounting domain knowledge and reporting. Smart problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
