Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
Contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Requirements :
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-9 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP s an advantage.
Salary : As per industry standards (up to ₹50,000 or negotiable based on experience).
