Job Description

Senior Accounts Manager (Manufacturing & Exports) -- Zoho Books

Senior Accounts Manager with hands on Zoho Books Experience, minimum 5 years of accounts handling in private limited manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Setup & Implementation:

Set up and customize

Zoho Books

for manufacturing and export operations, including chart of accounts, workflows, and reporting structures. Integrate Zoho Books with inventory, CRM, and other modules for seamless data flow.

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure proper accounting of manufacturing costs, export transactions, and forex adjustments.

Taxation & Compliance:

Handle

GST, TDS, Income Tax

, and other statutory filings. Manage export documentation, incentives, and compliance with customs regulations. Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

Costing & Budgeting:

Implement product costing for furniture manufacturing, including raw materials, labour, and overheads. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support management decisions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

Set up systems for vendor payments, credit management, and customer collections. Monitor export receivables and coordinate with banks for realization and forex management.

Team Management:

Lead and train junior accounts staff in Zoho Books and accounting processes. Establish internal controls and approval workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills

CA/ICWA

(preferred) or MBA Finance/Commerce graduate with strong manufacturing exposure.

Proven expertise in Zoho Books

(implementation + daily operations); familiarity with

Zoho Inventory

and

Zoho Analytics

is a plus. Solid knowledge of

GST

,

TDS

, e-invoicing/e-way bill (as applicable), exports compliance, and

DGFT/ICEGATE

workflows. Strong grasp of

cost accounting

, BOM/WIP, landed cost, and inventory valuation. Advanced

Excel

; comfort with bank portals and payment gateways. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to

close books on tight timelines

; good communication skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
