1.Heading a team of 4-5 Accounts executives

2. Timely and accurate recording of all accounting entries,

reconciliation.

3. Liaisoning with consultants , bankers, statutory authorities

4. Timely and accurate compliance of all statutory requirements.

5. Compliance of GST, Income Tax, Labour laws, Factory Act.

6. Cash flow planning and projection.

7. Calculation and timely payment of salaries and payments to

contractors

8. Timely and negotiated insurance payments.

9. Internal and statutory audit.

10. Preparation of monthly and annual P & L account, Balance Sheet,

Budget Variance & MIS reports.

11. Preparation of personal accounts of directors.
