About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Account Manager with strong experience in Exports and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, oversee export operations, and ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and international clients. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of export documentation and compliance, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients. Exports Coordination: Handle end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation (LCs, shipping, customs clearance), and timely delivery. Manufacturing Liaison: Work closely with the production team to ensure client requirements are met and quality standards maintained. Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive profitability. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance, and company policies. Reporting: Prepare regular sales, exports, and account performance reports for management. Problem Solving: Resolve client queries, shipment issues, and operational challenges effectively.
What We're Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Account Management with a strong background in Exports and Manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of export processes, documentation, and international trade compliance. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle large accounts and deliver results in a fast-pace environment. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export management software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
