to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support our finance department in daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST filings, TDS, EPF, ESI, taxation, and bank reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare and file
GST returns
including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C.
Conduct
bank reconciliations
regularly and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely and accurate payment and filing of
TDS
,
EPF
, and
ESI
.
Assist in
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
and reporting.
Support in
tax planning
and
income tax
filings under the guidance of senior accountants or auditors.
Maintain proper documentation for all statutory compliances and audit requirements.
Liaise with auditors, vendors, and government authorities as needed.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an accountant or in a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of:
GST compliance
(GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C)
TDS returns and challans
EPF & ESI calculations and filings
Bank reconciliation statements
Basic income tax and indirect tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software such as
Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks
, or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a CA firm or a mid-sized corporate accounting team.
Certification in GST, Taxation, or other relevant domains is a plus.
Salary:
Upto 1,80,000/ PA
