Position: Accounts Manager

:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accounts Manager to oversee all financial operations at our central office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial compliance, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely filings of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations. The Accounts Manager will work closely with the central office team to support the financial needs of all clinics and the central pharmacy warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Ensure accurate and timely GST filings, TDS filings, and compliance with other statutory requirements.

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Support the central office and clinics in financial decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations, laws, and best practices.

Qualifications and Expertise:

- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or an MBA in Finance is highly preferred.

- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or retail industry.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.

- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
