Job Description

Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and client-focused

Account Manager

to handle digital marketing projects end-to-end. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams (design, content, web, performance marketing), and ensure timely delivery of campaigns with high quality.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client goals, challenges, and provide strategic digital marketing solutions. Build trust, manage expectations, and ensure long-term partnerships.

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email, Branding, UI/UX projects). Ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Track project performance and prepare progress reports.

Team Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, copywriters, ad specialists) to execute campaigns. Manage task allocation and timelines. Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.

Strategy & Growth

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients for better ROI. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing project management (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or equivalent). Ability to analyze reports, KPIs, and translate them into actionable strategies.
