to handle end-to-end accounting and financial operations for a construction company. The role involves project-wise accounting, taxation, compliance, client billing, vendor management, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally
Maintain books of accounts and financial records
Handle project-wise accounting, WIP, and cost allocation
Manage accounting, GST filing for all regions, TDS, ESIC, EPFO, PT, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with clients for billing, certifications, and reconciliations
Handle subcontractor bills, vendor payments, and payroll
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Manage and guide the accounts team
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Finance
Strong knowledge of construction accounting, GST, and TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in client and vendor coordination
Responsible for managing all site cash flow and preparing expense reports.
