Job Description

Job Title: Account manager

Location: Udayapura, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of finance. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and handle customer billing. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Expense Tracking: Track and report on company expenses and ensure proper documentation. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Accurately record financial transactions in the company's accounting system. Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring all entries are timely and correct Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Help in tracking and managing outstanding receivables and payables. Assist in processing expense reimbursements. Help in preparing basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in maintaining accurate records of tax-related transactions. Assist in maintaining internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Assist in maintaining organized financial records and documentation. Good at GST & TDS
