Royallinks is a growing organization based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, dedicated to delivering high-quality services and maintaining professional excellence. We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to join our team and support our financial operations.
Position Overview
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GST laws, managing financial records, and supporting business decisions with accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual GST filings.
Ensure proper compliance with GST rules, invoicing, input tax credit, and reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and expense management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Ensure timely vendor payments and client invoicing.
Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong and clear knowledge of GST
compliance, returns, and reconciliations.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management (preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
