Role Overview
As an
Account Manager (Sales)
, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle -- from lead engagement and consultative selling to service coordination, payment management, and customer retention. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management (Inbound & Outbound):
Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone, website, and social channels. Conduct proactive follow-ups to maximize conversions, maintaining a daily talk time of 3+ hours.
Consultative & Cross-Selling:
Understand customer needs, explain services and pricing, and upsell grooming subscriptions and add-on services.
Subscription & Renewal Sales:
Drive subscription sales (semi-annual/annual) and manage renewals to achieve set KPIs.
Service Coordination:
Match customers with the most suitable groomers, hosts, or trainers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service quality.
Account Management:
Manage payments, update CRM records, and handle post-sale follow-ups.
Customer Experience:
Monitor service fulfillment, gather feedback, and resolve issues to improve retention and satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with customers and service providers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate daily sales reports and analyze conversion and revenue metrics.
Collaboration & Ownership:
Work closely with the core team to develop strategies, meet targets, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or operations -- preferably in a startup or service-oriented environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, with experience in outbound and consultative sales.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Kannada
(Hindi is an advantage).
