Account Manager - IT Services
to manage, grow, and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

, ensuring customers receive maximum value from our services while enabling account growth through strategic engagement, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. You will work closely with Marketing & Sales Enablement teams to support lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned client accounts across IT services and digital transformation offerings
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction
Understand client business objectives and align Csharpteks solutions accordingly
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Cloud, AI/LLM, Data & Analytics, Custom Software, and Mobile Applications
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Sales Enablement, and Delivery teams to drive pipeline growth and deal closures
Support GTM initiatives, account-based marketing efforts, and lead conversion activities
Coordinate project handovers, renewals, and contract management
Track account performance, revenue, and customer success metrics
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 + years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Relationship Manager in an IT services company
Strong understanding of IT services, including Cloud Transformation, AI/LLM implementations, Data & Analytics, Custom Software Development, and Mobile Applications
Experience working with global or enterprise clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
Comfortable working in a flexible or remote environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, or Microsoft Solutions Partner organizations
Exposure to Marketing & Sales Enablement or demand generation initiatives
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Experience with renewals, contracts, and account expansion strategies
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹30,975.56 - ₹74,116.00 per month
