US/UK Email Campaigns experience is mandatory.

JD - ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking an account manager to join our team. You will be supporting the

business development (AE) team.

Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, support AE to on

the new account development, and coordinating with the internal teams

A successful account manager should have excellent communication and co-ordination

skills. The key role is to help and support the AE to give top quality and good service /

turn around to the customer by working with various internal team

Responsibilities:

Below are some responsibilities that account managers are expected to assume:


Work on the incoming leads, research on the company and past shows and help AE to set up

a meeting with them


Make a calendar of events for existing customers and connect with them to get next

project brief


Regular follow up and communication on the projects where we have given designs

and offers


If any changes needed aby customers in design/ offer, get them done and share with

customers


Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with internal / external

teams to provide solutions


Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a

timely manner


Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings


Create meeting notes for the customer meeting and communicate to relevant

departments


Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications expected of an account manager:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field;


Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or support


The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and work closely with them to determine

acceptable solutions


Excellent communication skills


A track record of following through on commitments


Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 per year

• US shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
