DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Manager within our Biosciences Division (BID), where you'll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. As part of our multibillion-dollar Biosciences business with thousands of colleagues worldwide, you'll be at the forefront of scientific innovation. In this role, you'll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services, including leading reagents, instruments, and consumables that serve as essential building blocks for scientific advancements and new medicines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree/ MBA in Sales and marketing plus 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Biology, Flow, Microscopy, Biochemistry
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related scientific field
Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
Travel up to 20% within assigned territory
Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs
