Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client briefs, objectives, and target audiences, and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign review documents.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide strategic inputs to clients and collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor campaigns, and client market landscapes.
Manage daily communication, approvals, and feedback loops efficiently.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
1-4 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role, preferably in an agency setup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital media.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
