Samply is a growing e-commerce and retail solutions brand committed to offering value-driven products and seamless customer experience. We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, follow up on receivables, and ensure timely collections. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control measures. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Implement accounting policies and improve financial processes and systems. Handle payroll processing, PF/ESI compliance, and employee reimbursements. Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Proactively manage risk, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred). Proven experience as Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting Standards, and financial compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or equivalent). Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
