We are hiring an
Account Manager from a digital marketing agency background
who can confidently handle client communication, understand performance marketing, and coordinate with internal teams.
This role is NOT for banking, insurance, loan, real estate, or pure sales profiles.
Only candidates with
agency-side digital marketing experience

Key Responsibilities :
Client Management
Act as the
single point of contact
for 8-10 D2C/eCommerce clients
Manage daily client communication via WhatsApp and calls
Conduct structured
weekly review calls
Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication
Internal Coordination
Translate client requirements into
clear internal briefs
Coordinate with performance, creative, SEO, and tech teams
Track deliverables and timelines
Ensure smooth execution without micromanaging
Performance Understanding (Mandatory)
You must understand:
Meta Ads & Google Ads basics
Key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC
Creative testing and funnel logic
Why performance fluctuates and how to explain it to clients
You will NOT be running ads
You must understand what's happening and why
Reporting & Retention
Walk clients through weekly/monthly performance updates
Highlight wins, challenges, and next steps
Flag risks early and help improve client retention
Required Experience (Strict Criteria)
1.5 to 4 years experience
in a
digital marketing agency
Hands-on exposure to
D2C / eCommerce brands
Prior experience handling
clients directly
Comfortable discussing ads, creatives, and performance
