Responsible for complete activity of Account/Finance/Export/Import and Govt. authority Handle All To follow the instructions given by Board of directors, GM,MR. To participate in key decision as a member of Management team. Accountable for the administrative, financial development and operational strategy. To Report financial results to the board of directors. To maintain proper staffing to address accounting and Financial functions. To handle cash management and risk planning activities. To Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans To Develop financial and tax strategies To Plan and Manage budgeting processes To Manage the accounting, Finance, human resources, legal, and tax departments To Manage third parties to which functions have been outsourced To Implement operational best practices. To Personally review and approve all Form filling with all govt department. To Monitor all open legal issues involving the company. To Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements To Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. To Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations To Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts as per required. To keep track or maintain profit & loss. To Improve effective cost saving and take further action for same related to Finance/Export/Import and other expenses. To do fund planning. To analyses monthly statement of all bank accounts & credit facilities. To analyses & monitor expense sheet monthly of all the departments. To Maintain banking relationships and Represent the company with investment bankers and investors. To complete all formalities of ROC related changes in share capital, Shareholding, change in name etc. To verify all the returns submitted to different tax departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
