JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Accounts Manager

Up to ₹30,000/month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting operations & financial reporting Payroll processing & employee reimbursements Banking & insurance documentation handling Follow-up on outstanding payments & receivables Budgeting, forecasting & financial statements MIS report preparation for management Financial analysis & business projections support Compliance with tax laws & internal policies Audit coordination & external agency liaison Advanced use of MS Excel & accounting tools
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / related field

Tally is mandatory

Strong MS Excel & MIS reporting knowledge Experience in payroll, banking & insurance documentation Manufacturing company finance & accounts experience preferred Good communication, follow-up & record-keeping skills
