Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Daily accounting entries in software (Miracle Accounting Software)

BOM (Bill of Material) entries

and verification Recording and updating

Stock Journal

Purchase invoice entry and sales invoice generation Maintaining payment records and reconciling received payments

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Preparing basic working for

Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet

Inventory adjustments and stock accuracy Vendor ledger reconciliation Supporting audit and compliance documentation GST-related basic documentation (if any)

Required Skills/Knowledge:



Working knowledge of

Miracle Software/ ERP

Basic understanding of: GST entries Purchase & sales accounting Payroll Debit/Credit notes Stock register update Good knowledge of MS Excel
(V-lookups, pivots--optional but preferred)

Able to record

material inward/outward entries

Knowledge of BOM structure or product costing is an advantage

Qualifications:



B.Com / M.Com / Relevant accounting degree > 2 years experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,552.93 - ₹35,000.00 per month
