Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

processes. Ensure accurate

Accounting & Reporting

and compliance with financial standards. Oversee

TDS/GST compliance

, provisions, and returns filing. Handle

team management

, including daily task allocation and performance tracking. Resolve day-to-day operational and accounting issues. Prepare and review

Daily MIS reports

and

Monthly Dashboards

. Conduct

Vendor Reconciliation

and review

GR/IR reports

. Monitor

bank reconciliation

status daily. Coordinate with

clients and stakeholders

for issue resolution and meetings. Support audits and ensure data accuracy and timely submission.

Required Skills:

Strong command over

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, TDS, and GST

. Proven

team leadership

and people management experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

MS Excel

(Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA / MBA (Finance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
