Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
Manage and monitor general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Supervise and support team members, including performance reviews and development.
Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as needed.
