Accounts Manager - Finance Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Manager

to oversee financial operations, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and team leadership, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations as required. Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and variance analysis. Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes. Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and statutory bodies. Support ERP/accounting system maintenance and upgrades. Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CA/CPA preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Thorough understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
