About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Account Manager with strong experience in Exports and Manufacturing

. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, oversee export operations, and ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and international clients. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of export documentation and compliance, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.

Exports Coordination:

Handle end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation (LCs, shipping, customs clearance), and timely delivery.

Manufacturing Liaison:

Work closely with the production team to ensure client requirements are met and quality standards maintained.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities to grow accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive profitability.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance, and company policies.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales, exports, and account performance reports for management.

Problem Solving:

Resolve client queries, shipment issues, and operational challenges effectively.

What We're Looking For

Graduate/Master's in

Business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field

5+ years of experience

in Account Management with a strong background in

Exports and Manufacturing

. In-depth knowledge of

export processes, documentation, and international trade compliance

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle large accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems, and export management software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
