Key Responsibilities
Manage client leads : qualify, nurture, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Build and maintain excellent client relationships via personalized follow-ups, regular check-ins, and proactive communication.
Drive client retention by addressing concerns, upselling services, and ensuring campaign success.
Track account performance, report insights, and collaborate with internal teams (ads, content, sales) for optimal results.
Handle client queries promptly to achieve high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Experience in account management, client servicing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
Proven track record in lead handling, follow-ups, and client retention.
Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.
Immediate joiners preferred; full-time, office-based in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
