About the Role



Aertrip is looking for a detail-oriented and financially skilled

Account Manager

to manage client accounts, oversee financial operations, and ensure full compliance with accounting and taxation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, advanced analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain client accounts including billing, invoicing, and collections. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. Identify financial patterns and provide insights to support business decisions. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Operations) to streamline financial processes. Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. Address client queries and concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies. Maintain complete and accurate financial documentation and records. Handle taxation and compliance including GST/VAT filing and adherence to statutory requirements. Support budgeting, financial planning, and project management initiatives. Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of financial data.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies1. Strong Financial Knowledge



Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS. Experience with financial software/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle).

2. Analytical Skills



Ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights. Skilled in creating and interpreting financial statements.

3. Attention to Detail



Accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.

4. Excellent Communication Skills



Able to explain financial information clearly to non-finance teams. Strong verbal and written communication for reports and client handling.

5. Organizational Skills



Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and financial records.

6. Time Management



Meet strict reporting timelines and manage workload effectively.

7. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for smooth account management. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Problem-Solving Abilities



Resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues efficiently.

9. Knowledge of Taxation & Compliance



Understanding of GST/VAT, tax laws, and compliance regulations.

10. Proficiency in MS Excel



Advance Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

11. Team Collaboration



Work effectively with cross-functional teams.

12. Project Management Skills



Ability to manage financial projects and budget allocations.

13. Adaptability & Learning Mindset



Stay updated with new accounting tools and regulatory changes.

14. Customer-Focused Approach



Understand client needs and deliver timely and accurate financial services.

15. Confidentiality & Integrity



Strong ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive financial data securely.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Prior experience in accounting or account management preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
