Aertrip is looking for a detail-oriented and financially skilled
Account Manager
to manage client accounts, oversee financial operations, and ensure full compliance with accounting and taxation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, advanced analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts including billing, invoicing, and collections.
Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Identify financial patterns and provide insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Operations) to streamline financial processes.
Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
Address client queries and concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.
Maintain complete and accurate financial documentation and records.
Handle taxation and compliance including GST/VAT filing and adherence to statutory requirements.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and project management initiatives.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of financial data.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS.
Experience with financial software/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle).

Understanding of GST/VAT, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
10. Proficiency in MS Excel
Advance Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
11. Team Collaboration
Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
12. Project Management Skills
Ability to manage financial projects and budget allocations.
13. Adaptability & Learning Mindset
Stay updated with new accounting tools and regulatory changes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Prior experience in accounting or account management preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
