About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager Client Services to join our event management team. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring the seamless execution of events and activations. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business requirements.
Event & Project Management
Work with creative, production, and operations teams to conceptualize, plan, and deliver events/brand activations.
Prepare and present event proposals, pitches, and detailed event plans.
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee on-ground event execution, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
Strategic Account Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services within existing accounts.
Support in winning new accounts by participating in pitches and presentations.
Financial & Administrative
Track budgets, raise invoices, and ensure timely client payments.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.
15-20 years of proven experience in client servicing/account management within the event management, advertising, or experiential marketing industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event executions.

Pay: ₹50,922.10 - ₹60,199.59 per month
