Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Account Manager
to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the advertising or marketing industry, with strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure alignment with deliverables.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Project Oversight:
Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and deliverables from both client and internal teams.
Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to develop innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, campaign performance, and competitor analysis.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
Prepare cost estimates and invoicing in coordination with finance and operations teams.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present campaign reports, performance analytics, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in account management within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of advertising processes, campaign management, and client servicing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
