Job Description

Financial Reporting

: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

General Ledger Management

: Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and transactions are posted correctly.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.

Bank Reconciliation

: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Tax Compliance

: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.

Budgeting and Forecasting

: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Audit Assistance

: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all required documentation and explanations are available.

Financial Analysis

: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

Regulatory Compliance

: Stay current with industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
