Mandatory Requirement:


Agency & Platform Depth: min 4 years of direct experience in performance marketing, agency-side expertise managing Meta + Google campaigns. Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts (50L-2Cr+ in monthly ad spend) P&L Ownership: Direct accountability for hitting CAC, ROAS, and Payback targets. Comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Full-Funnel Strategist: Experience with scaling roadmaps, budget allocation, and creative/LP audits. Exceptional communication and client management skills, comfortable leading performance reviews with Founders/CMOs and aligning media strategy directly to business goals.

Role Overview




We are hiring an

Account Manager - Paid Media

to manage and scale high-value client accounts through

performance-driven, data-backed advertising strategies

. This role owns client relationships, performance outcomes, and account growth while working closely with senior strategists and execution teams.


Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Strategy




Primary point of contact for founders, CMOs, and senior marketing stakeholders Lead weekly performance reviews and strategy discussions Align paid media strategy with client business goals and growth forecasts Own ad spend P&L, ensuring balance between scale, efficiency, and ROI

Performance & Reporting




Track and optimize campaigns across

Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn

Monitor key KPIs:

CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, payback period

Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven optimizations Prepare and present clear, impact-focused performance reports

Scaling & Optimization




Partner with Senior Ads Strategist to build account scaling roadmaps Recommend budget allocation, funnel mix, and audience expansion Review creative and landing page performance to support sustainable growth Suggest new platform tests, automation, and optimization opportunities

Execution & Team Coordination




Oversee daily campaign execution and quality of deliverables Translate strategy into actionable tasks for internal teams Track execution timelines and ensure client-ready outputs Mentor junior team members on campaign management and communication

Process & Systems




Build SOPs, reporting templates, and performance playbooks Maintain data hygiene and structured documentation Support dashboarding and automation initiatives

Requirements

4-7 years

experience in performance marketing (agency preferred) Managed

50L - 2Cr+ monthly ad spends

Strong hands-on experience with

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience with analytics & attribution tools (

GA4, Mixpanel, etc.

) Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills Ability to link ad metrics directly to revenue and business outcomes Experience mentoring teams and improving workflows
