Client Management & Strategy
Primary point of contact for founders, CMOs, and senior marketing stakeholders
Lead weekly performance reviews and strategy discussions
Align paid media strategy with client business goals and growth forecasts
Own ad spend P&L, ensuring balance between scale, efficiency, and ROI
Performance & Reporting
Track and optimize campaigns across
Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn
Monitor key KPIs:
CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, payback period
Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven optimizations
Prepare and present clear, impact-focused performance reports
Scaling & Optimization
Partner with Senior Ads Strategist to build account scaling roadmaps
Recommend budget allocation, funnel mix, and audience expansion
Review creative and landing page performance to support sustainable growth
Suggest new platform tests, automation, and optimization opportunities
Execution & Team Coordination
Oversee daily campaign execution and quality of deliverables
Translate strategy into actionable tasks for internal teams
