Account Manager

to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This is a

remote role

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication. Understand client goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with performance, creative, content, and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution. Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met. Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in

account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency

(agency experience is mandatory). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and deliver results under deadlines. Experience using reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management platforms.
