Responsibilities:

Account Manager : Automotive



To maintain and grow our business in the Automotive Industry in India.


The eligible candidate will be part of Trinseo Automotive Team and will report to Country Manager India


This position is based out of Delhi/NCR region.

Role and Accountabilities




Account Manager - Automotive, manages the relationship with existing & new automotive customers & increase credibility of Trinseo Automotive at Customers.


Act in a capacity of Account Manager commercial role to meet customer's & organization's expectations.


Should be self-driven & demonstrate "ownership" of customers and facilitate their growth.

Main Tasks



Grow Trinseo India Automotive business by generating new business at existing & new customers. Create & grow new tier1 & OEM accounts. Ensure business is maintained & growing in most profitable & sustainable way. Regularly visit existing & new customers, promote Trinseo new technologies in convincing way. Perform market mapping of India Auto Business, identify segments, potential and assist in growth strategy. Perform business intelligence on regular basis & provide inputs. To manage all day-to-day sales & supply by coordination with internal & external departments. To facilitate to get timely schedules from customers, assess & submit every month for planning. Play an active part in Trinseo global account management team for related customers. Leverage Trinseo global learning & success stories for benefit of India business.



Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering, Plastic /Polymer/ Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 8-10 years of experiences in automotive industry and plastics industry in commercial role. Experience of working with engineering polymers such as PCABS, PMMA & ABS preferred. Ability to think and act in a strategic and tactical way. Good business acumen, commercial knowledge. New business development experience/ ability Good communication and interpersonal skills. Personality with the ability to quickly adapt to changing industry dynamics and redirect efforts. Experience in Sales and business development with OEM , Tier1 or Tier 2 supplier Experience of working with global material supplier Positive attitude , self driven & committed Other ..Fluency in English & local language, good networking in auto industry, well settled personnel in Delhi/NCR.
