Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Liaise with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hospitality industry accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency with accounting software and hotel management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
