The main goal of this role is to manage and support client accounts to ensure long-term client retention and success
NOTE:
This position is full-time and hybrid, meaning you can work from home as well as office
Key Responsibilities
On-boarding of the clients into the ecosystem
Create a custom roadmap and strategy to ensure the growth of the clients
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with the clients
Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value AltXEd delivers.
Resolve queries or guide the clients in the right direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing,
Support, Billing, and Operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Do check-in calls with the clients to ensure the roadmap is being followed
Motivate, inspire, guide, and support clients so that they are on track with the roadmap
Identify expansion opportunities like renewal or higher programs
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in account management, client servicing or client relations roles preferably from education, consulting or marketing agency background
Strong understanding of digital marketing
Experience with digital marketing platforms
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
MBA or equivalent management degree or equivalent work experience

Proficient in both written and verbal communication, ensuring messages are understood and engaging.

Expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships with clients. Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.

Capacity to analyze client data, interpret marketing results, and make informed decisions. Ability to strategize based on analysis to enhance client success and ROI.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Skilled at identifying challenges clients may face and proposing effective solutions. Ability to handle objections and mitigate issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Ability to adapt strategies and approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients. Flexibility to manage multiple clients and projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality client service.
