Job Description

:-

-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

-Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

-Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance teams to ensure timely project delivery.

-Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

-Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services to existing clients.

-Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic input, and high-quality results.

-Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

-2 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital marketing agency.

-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

-Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,842.07 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
