-Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
-Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services to existing clients.
-Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic input, and high-quality results.
-Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-2 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital marketing agency.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
-Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
